La formation continue s’adresse aux personnes déjà engagées dans la vie active, qui souhaitent faire évoluer leur projet professionnel et/ou personnel. Elle leur permet de continuer à se former tout au long de leur carrière professionnelle afin de s’adapter à l’évolution des techniques, accroître leurs compétences, et ainsi favoriser leur adaptation au monde du travail. Elle vise également à permettre le retour à l’emploi des personnes qui ont interrompu leur activité professionnelle.
L’ensemble des formations diplômantes et qualifiantes de l’UNC est accessible en formation continue.
Chaque année, l’UNC forme plus de 600 personnes en formation continue et délivre plus de 200 diplômes. L’UNC propose donc des reprises d’études diplômantes et qualifiante à tous publics.
L’objectif de l’UNC est de favoriser les allées et retours entre formation et travail pour qualifier les parcours et accompagner les mutations.
Le Département de la Formation Continue s’appuie sur toutes les composantes pour mener à bien ses missions.
